Great staff, but needs some TLC

We stayed 2 nights and the staff were super nice, really made us feel welcome. We had a great view of gondolas from our window. But, the room was tiny and the mattress sagged a lot, not super comfy. However, we did enjoy in-room breakfast. Overall, it just needs a little more love.

Clean room with a lovely canal view. Stairs are a hassle if you have heavy luggage.

Staying at this hotel with my family and pets was a pleasant experience. The central location made exploring Venice with the kids convenient. we easily walked to the Piazza San Marco. The breakfast was hearty, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff with our pets.

My kids wished the lift worked better for families with strollers.

The staff were so cute and kind. We loved getting to watch gondolas go by all day from our window! It was like a scene from some movie!
