Convenient access to Rialto water bus stop, historical architecture and ambiance, private courtyards
Rooms could use better soundproofing to avoid disturbances from neighbors!!! The check-in process is confusing and inconvenient, located opposite the main hotel!!! Room lighting is severely lacking, impacting overall comfort!!!

The breakfast spread was absolutely stellar for just 10 euros, offering a feast of delicious options. We also loved the charming room with a beautiful canal view where we could catch the gondoliers serenading each other in the evenings. It added a real touch of Venice magic!
We were a bit thrown off by being placed in a separate building instead of the main hotel. It was like a treasure hunt to find our place. Even though the area seemed sketchy at first, it turned out to be quite peaceful and lovely once we settled in.

Great staff, but needs some TLC
We stayed 2 nights and the staff were super nice, really made us feel welcome. We had a great view of gondolas from our window. But, the room was tiny and the mattress sagged a lot, not super comfy. However, we did enjoy in-room breakfast. Overall, it just needs a little more love.

Our stay was highlighted by the central location—just a short stroll to the Grand Canal and local eateries. The room was cozy, albeit small, with old-world charm. I particularly loved the gentle sound of gondoliers in the evenings. Tip, Keep earplugs handy for a peaceful night.

Great location and charming decor
Our stay was lovely! The location is perfect, just minutes from both St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, making it easy to explore Venice. The room had a delightful antique decor that added to the charm of our stay, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and delicious breakfast options. One thing to note is that the walls are thin, so we experienced some noise from neighboring rooms.
